whynow offers a 30 day from date of delivery, refund or replacement when products arrived damaged. We must have suitable evidence of damage, including packaging.
Once an order has been dispatched to the shipping service you may not return or refund for the item.
Shipping refunds are only issued on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of whynow.
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order please contact us immediately and we will gladly replace, exchange or refund your order less shipping if it meets the criteria. We do not offer refunds for custom, limited edition, clearance and "On Demand" items due to their limited nature, however we will gladly replace any product for manufacturing defects.
